Proactivanet is a Spanish software company founded in 1998 and headquartered in Gijón, Spain. The company employs around 64 people and specializes in integrated solutions in the areas of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM). As part of Espiral MS, Proactivanet has significantly expanded its presence beyond Spain and is now active in over 15 countries, particularly in Latin America (with offices in Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru) as well as the USA. The core product ProactivaNET® offers a holistic platform for managing IT services and technological assets. Key features include automatic network discovery to create an always up-to-date hardware and software inventory in real time, as well as AI-powered discovery and management tools. By seamlessly linking ITSM and ITAM, the software gives companies precise control over their IT infrastructure, optimizes IT investments, and increases operational agility. Proactivanet places great emphasis on security and compliance. The platform is certified according to international standards such as ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 20000 (IT Service Management), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), and ISO 27017 (Cloud Security), and meets the requirements of the GDPR as well as the Spanish security standard ENS. The software is available in Spanish and English.
